Blanket Business Partnership Agreement

Lenz Environmental Resources Co., Ltd. signed a blanket business partnership agreement with S&S Engineering Co., Ltd. on December 1, 2007. Under this agreement Lenz acquired all the patents relating to S&S’s retrofit exhaust gas-reduction technology for diesel engines, as well as overseas manufacturing and sales rights relating to that technology. Consequently, we will transfer the cutting-edge technology developed by S&S to other countries and use it to tackle air pollution and global warming on a worldwide scale.

Lenz Environmental Resources Co., Ltd. has established a joint R&D team with S&S Engineering Co., Ltd. as a means of response to increasingly stringent environmental regulations and standards. Additionally, we are now in the process of establishing a facility to be known as the Environmental Technology Research Center for Diesel Engine Emissions
