When Mayor Khan of London, UK carried out a plan to impose 12.50 pounds (16 dollars) per day when a vehicle with much exhaust gas ran in the downtown area from 2019, I clarified it.
It is moved up in April, 2019 from September, 2020 when the mayor of the having taken up the post formerly showed the setting of "super low effluent gas area (ULEZ)" which imposes a toll on the vehicle which does not adapt to a severe effluent gas standard.
In addition, it is said that London city Airport, the north start an opinion open call for participants for England Premier League of the soccer, a white heart lane stadium, the west of Tottenham to enlarge a cue garden, the south to Clapham common about the car about a bus and a long-distance bus, the large freight truck in the east throughout London in a range of ULEZ from 2021 from 2020.

I announced that Honda finished the production of the popular moped motorcycle "monkey" at "the Tokyo motorcycle show" that began in Tokyo Big Sight (Tokyo, Koto) on 24th at the end of August. It was small, and, after the release of the first model of 1967, the body and the design which it was easy to treat gathered many fans. I quite take down a curtain in the history for half a century taking advantage of an emission control being strengthened in the country from September.
"Monkey Z100" produced as a vehicle of the amusement park "Tama technical center" where the monkey started a business in Hino-shi, Tokyo in 1961 is a model. After Honda released first model "monkey Z50M" which is available for a public road run domestically in 67, I do not change the design of the almost none of 50 years body.
I gained popularity led by a youth as "a minibike" of 50cc cubic centimeter displacement that it was easy to treat from the wide layer, and even an exhibition of overseas each place attracted attention.

Toyota Motor Corporation concluded the memorandum for the business tie-up with a sea bass on February 6. I begin examination to make co-operation by environment, security, the supplement of the technique and product, unit about information. It is based on publication of October, 2016 about the collaborative relationship construction. Both companies agree to realize a business tie-up early and they stand quickly and give the promotion system and plan the realization of the co-operation.
Toyota and the co-operation of the sea bass take that they contribute to the solution to social problem and healthy, sustained development of the car society in both companies into consideration. Both companies push forward the construction of the collaborative relationship for the development of the environmental car which the spread is demanded from from the surge of the environmental awareness and the prospective automatic operation system while it entails a large amount of cost, and movement of the cooperation enlarges it in a car manufacturer.
Assuming the competition that both companies were fair, and was free, I discussed co-operation for solution based on each problem about a possible field since I announced it in October, 2016 when President Akio Toyota of Toyota and Osamu Suzuki, chairperson of Suzuki began the examination to a business tie-up. I agreed in beginning examination by environmental technology, a security technology, information technology, a product, unit supplement this time.
Toyota continues pushing forward technology development in environment, security, the field of information and is behind the European and American car manufacturer in standardization. Although I had a technique made with a car with the price competitiveness mainly on a light car, Suzuki had a problem for the development of the advanced technique. President Toyota stated, "I want to cooperate for realization of the future mobility society".

I renew a concept in "to the point more from Kawasaki to one step of green innovation to begin" from this time, and tie it to the creation at the business matching opportunity of the exhibitor by sending environment innovation from Kawasaki to the inside and outside the country strongly and will plan industrial activation.

WASHINGTON – Today, Acting Assistant Secretary for the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy David Friedman signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Department of Energy and the American Public Power Association (APPA), ensuring collaborative efforts to electrify personal and fleet transportation in public power communities throughout the United States.

This partnership builds on the President’s goal and the Energy Department’s EV Everywhere Grand Challenge to develop plug-in electric vehicles (PEVs) by 2022 that are as affordable as a 2012 gasoline-powered vehicle. The MOU advances mutual interests to increase the economic, environmental, and national security benefits of using electricity as a transportation fuel and expanding the electric vehicle (EV) market by bringing utilities directly into the fold.

Human activity has increased the direct warming effect of carbon dioxide (CO2) in the atmosphere by 50 percent above pre-industrial levels during the past 25 years, according to NOAA's 10th Annual Greenhouse Gas Index .

In 2015, the global average CO2 concentration reached 399 parts per million, increasing by a record amount of almost 3 ppm. From the end of the Ice Age to the beginning of the industrial era, atmospheric carbon dioxide remained remarkably stable at 278 ppm.

"We're dialling up Earth's thermostat in a way that will lock more heat into the ocean and atmosphere for thousands of years," said Jim Butler, director of NOAA’s Global Monitoring Division.

Global energy-related carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) ? the largest source of man-made greenhouse gas emissions ? stayed flat for the second year in a row, according to analysis of preliminary data for 2015 released today by the International Energy Agency (IEA).

“The new figures confirm last year’s surprising but welcome news: we now have seen two straight years of greenhouse gas emissions decoupling from economic growth,” said IEA Executive Director Fatih Birol. “Coming just a few months after the landmark COP21 agreement in Paris, this is yet another boost to the global fight against climate change.”

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) today announced the availability of $26 million in grant funding to establish clean diesel projects aimed at reducing emissions from the nation's existing fleet of diesel engines.

Diesel-powered engines move approximately 90 percent of the nation’s freight tonnage, and today nearly all highway freight trucks, locomotives, and commercial marine vessels are powered by diesel engines.

EPA is soliciting proposals nationwide for projects that significantly reduce diesel emissions and exposure, especially from fleets operating in areas designated as having poor air quality. Priority for funding will be given to projects that engage and benefit local communities and applicants that demonstrate their ability to promote and continue efforts to reduce emissions after the project has ended.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency released a document to give schools and parents ideas on how to reduce children’s exposure to traffic-related air pollution. When schools are located close to busy roads, students can be exposed to unhealthy levels of air pollution. The new document, Best Practices for Reducing Near-Road Pollution Exposure at Schools, offers strategies for limiting exposure, including ventilation and filtration, school siting and layout decisions, anti-idling policies, bus fleet upgrades, sound walls, vegetative barriers, and other actions staff can take.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) today announced that manufacturers have surpassed the more stringent 2014 standards for greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, while model year 2014 fuel economy remains steady at the highest level ever recorded.

The findings were included in two reports the agency released today: the annual report on fuel economy trends and a report on the auto industry’s progress toward meeting greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions standards for cars and light trucks.

The Greenhouse Gas Manufacturer Performance Report concludes that for model year 2014, manufacturers are over-complying with the GHG standards by 13 grams of CO2 per mile, or about 1.4 miles per gallon (mpg). The agency’s annual “Light-Duty Automotive Technology, Carbon Dioxide Emissions and Fuel Economy Trends: 1975 through 2015” report shows that fleet-wide model year 2014 fuel economy remained steady at the highest recorded level, 24.3 mpg, with truck fuel economy reaching a record high of 20.4 mpg label average. In the last 10 years, fuel economy has increased significantly, improving 5 mpg or 26 percent overall.
